Yunhee Chang is leading the Humans In Space Youth (HIS Youth) program at Boryung, a healthcare investment company founded in 1957 and headquartered in Seoul, Korea. Boryung co-hosts the Humans In Space Youth (HIS Youth) program, a nationwide space science competition for K-12 students in Korea, in partnership with the Korea Foundation for Science and Creativity (KOSAC). Established in 1967 by the Ministry of Science and ICT of Korea, KOSAC is a public organization that engages students, educators, and the public in STEM fields to advance science education and support creative talent across Korea.
Yunhee’s role as a nationwide Miss Korea pageant winner helped her build a sense of social responsibility. As a mother of two, she also has a strong passion for STEM education, especially in space exploration, to inspire the next generation.
Before joining Boryung, Yunhee worked as a Managing Director at Kingsports, a manufacturer and retailer of SCUBA diving gear, and worked at Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm. She holds a B.S. in English Literature and Business from Yonsei University and a Master of Science in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
